Zhang Bang to World Cup!

CHINA and former Grimsby on-loan star Zhang Enhua will be participating in the 2002 World Cup in Japan and South Korea along with England! After a 1-0 win against Oman on Sunday in Shenyang the Chinese were celebrating their first tour to a World Cup final ever!
Milutinovic's side only needed one point with two matches left and they easily managed it after a goal by Yu Genwei. Influental defender Fan Zhiyi gave manager Bora much of the credit. "We have realised that in Bora there is a genius of a coach and he is a superb motivator despite having communication problems because of the language.
"In the past, when we were playing against weak teams, we easily lost our patience and became hot-headed if we could not score quickly," said the Crystal Palace star about the World Cup specialist Milutinovic (left) who had previously guided four nations to the finals - Mexico (1986), Costa Rica (1990), USA (1994) and Nigeria (1998) - in an illustrious career as a football manager.
