Injury List 13/11/2001

WITH the Arsenal game drawing ever closer who will be available for the all important league fixtures leading to the big game? Millwall are Grimsby's next opponents on Saturday at Blundell Park.

Marlon Broomes - the defender has been re-signed for a further month at the club and he will be endeavouring to repeat his scoring feat in the Worthington Club against Arsenal as he did against Liverpool. The centre back is suffering a sore knee but shouldn't be much of a worry for the game against The Lions.

John McDermott - Town's longest serving player will be out till Christmas but the good news is he has began light running sessions again.

Alan Neilson - Macca's short-term replacement is also suffering a calf injury but is back training and may be in contention for Saturday's Millwall game.

David Morgan - the youngster is suffering from a hamstring injury.

Stacy Coldicott - the ex Baggie is suffering from a strained muscle in his leg.

Stuart Campbell - In Dr Fishy's opinion the only midfielder who can run forward with the ball suffered a kick to the knee and is receiving treatment.

Phil Jevons - The Scouser twisted his knee in the 0-0 draw with Sheffield Wednesday and is also receiving treatment. Fans are probably hoping the striker can hit another 35 yard scorcher against Arsenal as he did against the team he supported as a youngster, Liverpool.

Steve Livingstone - The striker is still hard at it trying to regain full fitness. Another player who would be welcomed back with open arms as he is much needed muscle in an otherwise "small stature" club. His versatility would also be a much needed boost.
