Resignation Of Directors

IN a surprise statement today, Mr Dudley Ramsden and Mr Colin Graves resigned from the board of Grimsby Town Football Club. Mr Ramsden has sold his 26% holding in the club to Mr John Fenty.
The Grimsby Telegraph reports that Mr Ramsden was offered life presidency of the club, which he accepted, and the club has repaid all monies he loaned to it by Mr Ramsden.
Mr Ramsden will issue a formal notice giving the reason for his resignation later. The question that now remains is if Ramsden's loans have been repaid, where did the money come from and how much will Messrs Fenty and Rouse be putting into the club.?
Be interesting to find out the answer to that one. But I will not be holding my breath waiting.
