Is football a business or a sport?

Town manager Paul Groves has under a week to try and restore his squad's faltering confidence before Town travel to the City Ground to take on free-scoring Nottingham Forest says the Grimsby Telegraph.

He said: "It's our job, our responsibility to pick the players up. We will get them in on Thursday and start working very hard, rolling our sleeves up and looking towards Nottingham Forest."

On the defence he said: "After half an hour you find yourselves 3-0 down and we have virtually given them the goals as well. It is very hard to stomach that. Whether it is down to concentration or whether it's down to people taking responsibility to stay with people, we haven't defended."

"We have defended the first ball, but we haven't concentrated for the second. We have given ourselves a hell of a lot of work to do after half an hour."

"We have to go back to the training ground and start working very hard form a defensive point of view and collectively as well. We have to go back and concentrate on the next game."

"It's the manner in which we have been beaten and goals conceded that is going to be the concern."
