Squad Numbers Announced

THE Mariners today announced the squad numbers for the forthcoming season in Division Two. Michael Boulding has the honour of wearing the famous No. 9 shirt. The No. 1 jersey is conspicuously absent, being reserved for an unnamed future signing.

Darren Barnard is now number 3 in place of Gallimore. New signings Crane, Cas, Hamilton and Anderson wear numbers 5, 6, 20 and 21 respectively.

Paul Groves is still chasing his man (believed to be former Mariner Aidan Davison) for the position of Town's long-term replacement to Danny Coyne. "We're still talking to our main target... we're still on with it. You can never tell. Sometimes these things take time, sometimes you can wrap them up very quickly," the Town boss told Mariners Net.
