Match Reporters Wanted

The Fishy is looking for additional match reporters for the 2007-2008 season. In order to provide first hand accounts of every match, something we have done for all but a tiny handful of games over the last nine years, your help is needed.

If you are interested in providing a report of any games coming up, please let us know what matches you are available for by filling in the form below. Reports should be provided within 24 hours of a game finishing. The style of the report is up to you but in general should provide a basic account of what happened at the game from your own perspective. Examples of reports can be seen from Last Season. No HTML or other formatting of reports is required, we will do all that.

If appropriate Billo can on occasion be persuaded to make a contribution to matchday expenses. If this is required please indicate in the comments section.

Let us know which matches you are able to report on or are interested in reporting on using the form below. Please feel free to indicate in the comments section if there are groups of games in the future you might be able to report on (e.g. all home games, Saturday home games, away games in south etc).

We will let you know any games for which we would like a report and provide instructions of where to send the report.

This site is by the fans, for the fans, and we will consider articles on any subject relating to the Mariners whether it be related to current news, a nostalgic look back in the past, a story about a player, a game or games in the past, something about Blundell Park or football in general.
