TOWN have brought forward the general sale of Johnstone's Paint Trophy final tickets forward a day to allow fans who work during the week to get a ticket. Tickets will now be available for all supporters at 2pm on Sunday from the Blundell Park ticket office.

Holders of stubs from the Barnet and MK Dons games will be able to buy tickets in the morning from 8am until 2pm.

Accounts manager Steve Wraith told the Grimsby Telegraph: "Fans who work in the week asked if we could help them out so we have brought the general sale forward.

"We don't envisage too many problems selling to stub holders first and then forming a separate queue for fans looking to get tickets on general sale.

"We hope this caters for everyone who wants to get their tickets for the big day."
