Tuesday News Round-Up

CLUB Captain Ryan Bennett has picked up the Player of the Year trophy for 2008-2009, to add to his Fishy Player of the Year award. The Town captain also won virtually every other award for the season.
In other news Town chairman John Fenty has admitted that goalkeeper Wayne Henderson is unlikely to sign for Grimsby in the summer as he wishes to play in a higher division. However Fenty did reveal that all the other loan players were possible summer targets, notably striker Barry Conlon.
