Season Tickets Frozen

GRIMSBY Town have resisted the calls to reduce season ticket prizes, but instead have decided to freeze next season's prices to the level of this year's campaign.
Town Chairman John Fenty though has ruled out any dramatic price reductions for games, such as those which the Mariners undertook for the last few games of last season.
Fenty explained to Mariners Net: "The reductions in ticket prices towards the end of last season are unsustainable."
Full prices have not been announced yet, but there are likely to be some reductions for early payments.
"We will be looking at some new initiatives and we will be looking to freeze season ticket prices for next season," said Fenty.
Grim Rob Says It is understandable that the board have decided not to gamble on reducing prices to try and attract more fans to games. There is no guarantee that fans would take up the offers and the club could have been left short changed. If only there were some way of getting the extra fans from the end of this season to keep coming back on a regular basis! The surest way is to persuade them to buy a season ticket. The second best way to get fans back is to keep winning games.
