Watt a Signing!

DEFENDER Steven Watt has joined the Mariners after impressing Neil Woods in recent friendly games. The 25-year-old Scot started his career at Chelsea, making just one appearance, and has also plyed his trade in both Scotland and Wales. The bulk of his appearances have been for Ross County in the Scottish First Division at centre back.
The 6'3" defender has signed a two year deal with Grimsby, and brings to a total of ten the summer signings so far under Neil Woods.
Grimsby, who beat Lincoln at the weekend. have one remaining friendly at Halifax on Saturday and then kick off against Crawley the following weekend.
