Kidderminster v Grimsby Team News

By: Rob Sedgwick
Date: 19/09/2014

NEW signing Danny Parslow goes straight in the squad for the trip to Kidderminster. Parslow is a defenderon loan from York who can play across the back four, usually on the left side. Paul Hurst has also signed a striker, Barnsley's 19-year-old Rhys Oates.

Town still have three strikers ruled out - Jon-Paul Pittman and Lennell John Lewis, so Ross Hannah will probably play. Whether Paul Hurst continues with the 4-3-3 system that worked well at Halifax or goes to 4-4-2 is something he will have to decide, but Oates has the ability to play the lone role up front if necessary.

Midfielder Callum Gittings is rated doubtful for Harriers with a knee problem which caused him to miss the Braintree defeat last Saturday. due to a knee injury. He was out with Gavin Crowe on Tuesday evening doing a few exercises but it's doubtful if he'll be risked just yet although we are in dire need of a creative midfielder still. We should, hopefully, have no other injuries. He said!
