GRIMSBY have signed Portsmouth midfielder Ben Davies on a two-year contract and Scunthorpe forward Dominic Vose on a season-long loan. Veteran Davies can also play at full back, and he made 51 appearances for Pompey last season.
Dominic Vose signed from Wrexham for the Iron earlier this year but the 22-year-old has played just twice for Scunthorpe. Vose joins former team mate Sean McAllister in the Grimsby side.
Town have also recently signed York midfielder Luke Summerfield on a two-year contract
