TOWN striker Bradley Allen is set to demand showdown talks with Paul Groves about his future at Blundell Park. Allen was not in the squad for the Bradford City game and was not even named on the bench despite that fact that he has now recovered from the injury that sidelined him for seven weeks.
The 30-year-old has played the last three reserve team games and is worried about his long-term future with the club. His contract is up at the end of the season and so far it is understood that the club have not indicated if they intend to offer him new terms.
In other news it is reported that Alan Pouton who was yellow carded on Saturday will have to sit out one game as he has now totalled 5 cards.
