A Tough Opening Game Says Graham Rodger

GRIMSBY have been given a tough opening game against Norwich says Graham Rodger. Town will meet their old rivals at Carrow Road on the opening day of the new season Saturday, August 10.

"It's a tough ask to go there. We played them late last season and we did well. They were flying but we got a point when Terry Cooke scored and that was vital for us in the relegation battle but, after missing out in the play-offs, Norwich are bound to want to get off to a good start."

"However, so do we and there is no form going into the game because it's the start of a new season."

"I can think of better places to go on the opening day of the season but you've got to play them some time or other so I suppose it will be interesting."
