DANNY Coyne is expected to travel down to Cardiff City for talks later on today. Danny, who was put on the transfer list last week for financial reasons, and is currently training with the Town squad until lunch-time but will then go to Cardiff to talk to the former Grimsby manager.
Lennie Lawrence claims that should Coyne sign he would have to start the season as number two behind Neil Alexander.
Unfortunately for the Mariners, Stevie Croudson - has been told by his specialist to not look to be back for another three months which means that October would be the earliest he could take his place in the first team.
