Injuries In Ibiza

By: Bill Osborne
Date: 10/07/2003

PHIL Jevons, Stuart Campbell, Kirk Wheeler and Darren Mansaram all have slight injuries and won't be risked for the game tonight.

Graham Rodger told Mariners Net that the players have adapted to the conditions very well.

"The players have done well in heat, though some of the training sessions have had to be shortened to allow the players to recover. Some of the players who played longer on Tuesday night will be rested tonight. This will give all the players a good chance to take in the experience.

"Sant Raphael, are a better team than Portmany," said Rodger."They pass the ball better and gave a good account of themselves. Tonight's game will be dictated by the conditions, the team that keeps the ball better will come out on top."
