Cod Widow's Diary Week 18

Mon 29th Jan. Nothing about sadman today I'm afraid. Today belongs to our daughter Kevin. Errrr.....Kevin? Yes Kevin, Nicola was officially a teenager today so we can now officially call her Kevin, or maybe Perry. Doesn't matter, the terrible teens are among us.

What with sadman and a teenager in the same house I think life will get tougher from here on in. (God help me)

Tues 30th Jan.

No midweek game for a while so sadtwat goes through all his MOM's to see who has the most, why he has to hog the PC all night to do this I will never know. It takes 3O seconds to read the file.

This is one of the things about him that gets my goat, just take a minute he said, a minute my arse.....all bleedin night more like. I have to go top up with some vino, it's the only way I know to stop myself from doing him a personal injury.(hic, cya later)

Wed 31st Jan.

Saddo's just finished nights, left him in bed and went out. House moving I was (wished it was my own) Evo and Karencam have moved house so I went to help.

Ok, it's not my house but I did volunteer, I came home knackered expecting at least a cuppa, what did I get? Well nothing at all actually. Twatface has been on the PC all day from the minute he woke up. Can you drop me at the pub he wants to know, can't print my reply but daft as ever I drop him at the pub. I thought about it later and still can't figure out how he gets away with it.

Thurs 1st Feb.

Not his best day, I took him shopping. He hates going but I put up with him so he can put up with shopping. He gets bored after 3 minutes but I persevere with the window shopping just to get my own back. He soon comes round to my way of thinking and offers to treat me to bingo tonight with my sister if I hurry up. Fair enough I suppose, let's go, i tell him. (I was finished anyway, cheers sucker)

Sat 3rd Feb.

Oh no, it's matchday. Not that I care. Sadman is at work so will miss the game, gutted he is. Anyway, he rings me early on to say he might make it home in time to get to BP.

He rings me again, this time its 1-5Opm, can you do my POM for me I forgot he says, oh, and I won't make it to the game. Well............this is going to be fun because Nicko, sadman, twatface whatever you want to call him, ear to the ground, finger on the pulse big town fan and all that, he wants to try some of this modern day techno stuff, like the radio for instance, err...the game's off sadman. "You what" he says, "are you taking the p*ss?" No dear, it's off, waterlogged, was called off this morning sweetie. He didn't believe me till he checked it out on the radio, stupid git, anyway, how dare he doubt my word? I wouldn't lie about a thing like that, or would I? (hehehehe).

Don't want to tell you this, but he will if I don't. It's one of those 'I don't believe I said that' moments.

Evo and Karencam came round with a copy of the GET, it said the match is off. Ours got delivered about an hour later and I read it and said 'oooh look, the games still off. Doh! Well, it put a smile on sadgit's face when he got home.
