DANNY Coyne, Grimsby's goalkeeper is expecting to be on the bench for tonight's match against Germany. With the omission from the squad of Paul Jones and Darren Ward, Coyne has the opportunity to show his talents.
In a statement to the Grimsby Telegraph, Coyne said: "Darren has a back injury so I'm expecting to be in the squad when it's announced later today. I should think I'll be on the bench."
"I'm really looking forward to the game."
"If my chance comes I have to grab it with both hands. It would be brilliant, really special to play against Germany because they are one of the best teams in the world."
