Jevons Solution?

GRIMSBY Town striker Phil Jevons looks closer to resolving his problems with the club in regard to a new contract after talks with Paul Groves.
Radio Humberside reports that he has been in talks with manager Paul Groves for the last week and Jevons said it's near to being resolved.
"Fingers crossed it'll all be sorted out by the end of the week. To be fair, Grovesey been brilliant. He's been really supportive throughout it all. It's been mainly between me and him."
"It's not as if there's people going off and doing their own thing and coming up with different figures. I've got no doubts it can be sorted out."
