MARCEL Cas, Iffy Onuora and Iain Ward are all struggling with knee injuries ahead of Saturday afternoons FA Cup game at Peterborough.
All three will have to have fitness tests on Friday to see if they have recovered sufficiently enough to play.
This might be good news for Phil Jevons who so far ar has scored 9 goals in 7 matches for the reserves. Whether Groves sees a cup-tie as the right game to give him a chance is another question.
Good news for ex Mariner, David Smith, who will be rejoining the club on Monday as the new Assistant Commercial Manager. David's playing career ended prematurely due to injuries and it is good to see him returning to the game in another capacity.
