Buckley Leaves Dale

ALAN Buckley has left Rochdale "by mutual consent" after less than a year in charge of the Division Three club. The former Grimsby boss lasted only six months at Spotland after joining Dale in June, and has left after a poor string of results which sees Rochdale near the foot of Division 3.
Rochdale's board have acted quickly to make a managerial change with nearly half of the season remaining in order to ensure the club stay in the league.
Buckley, who still lives in the Grimsby area, had put his house on the market recently in order to be able to move closer to the Lancashire club.
"I'm going to have to sleep on it and think about my future. I don't know my best 11. I don't know my best five at the moment", said Adams.
