NEIL Woods has made two new signings to boost his side ahead of Saturday's clash with fellow strigglers Macclesfield. Striker Ben Wright has joined on loan from Championship side Peterborough and midfielder Mark Hudson has joined permanently from Gainsborough.
21-year-old Wright is a 6ft 2ins striker who has played for numerous non-league sides, and played just one game for the Posh who he joined in Jaunary. Wight will be at Blundell Park for two months.
Long-term target Hudson has trained with Town recently quite a bit and played for the reserves. The 29-year-old has league experience with Blackpool, Rotherham, Chesterfield and Huddersfield. Hudson has signed a contract until the end of the season.
