Sweeney: Returns?
Sweeney: Returns?

Dagenham v Grimsby Team News

By: Rob Sedgwick
Date: 26/02/2010

NEIL Woods is likely to ring the changes in midfield for Saturday's crunch game at Dagenham. Peter Sweeney returns for the Mariners after missing two games for picking up 10 yellow cards this season. However Nathan Jarman starts a three match ban after the substitute received a straight red card in Tuesday night's draw with Macclesfield.

Another midfielder Michael Leary will almost certainly miss after following the concussion he sustained after just 10 minutes in against Macclesfield during a clash of heads with Nat Brown.

New Hull City loan signing Mark Oxley will make his debut in goal, with Colgan dropping to the bench. Lee Peacock will captain the team, if selected.

Slight worries are Lee Peacock (knock) and Peter Bore (back)

Burnley striker Wes Fletcher has returned to Turf Moor after a month on loan, which saw him play six times and score one goal.

Former Grimsby loanee Damien McCrory will be amongst the Dagenham side facing the Mariners, after the Essex team beat Town to his signature.
