FORMER St Mirren and Crewe defender Harry Davis has joined Grimsby, signing a one-year contract at Blundell Park.
The 26-year-old spent eight years at Crewe, where he worked with Town boss Michael Jolley at Youth level before going on to make over 180 appearances for the Railwaymen.
The central defender moved to St Mirren last season, helping them to win the 2017-18 Scottish Championship, playing a total of 20 games for the Saints.
Davis continues the trend which Michael Jolley has adopted so far of signing young players he has worked with before at previous clubs. Most of last year's squad were the wrong side of thirty.
