Limbrick Joins Town!

FORMER Woking boss Anthony Limbrick is Grimsby's new assistant manager, and Adam Forrest has been appointed as assistant coach, as Town complete their management team.
Limbrick was Woking manager last season in the National League where he guided the Cards to the FA Cup Second Round, before getting the sack late in the season following a bad run of results. Prior to that Limbrick, like Jolley, has worked mainly at the Youth level. The Australian spent several years working his way up in the game, eventually ending up as Southampton and then West Ham Youth Team Coach.
Adam Forrest worked as AFC Eskilstuna’s head of physical performance, when Town boss Michael Jolley was in Sweden.
He worked at Blackburn Rovers as a sport scientist, then joined Wigan Athletic in the same position, before heading out to Sweden.
It seems reasonable to assume that Town's new management team have a good knowledge of young players up and down the country, as Jolley mainly operated in the North and Limbrick in the South.
