Weekend's Games Called Off

BRITISH Sport has largely been cancelled this weekend following the death of the Queen. The Premier League, WSL, EFL and National League have all called games off and other sports have largely followed suit.
Grimsby's game at Blundell Park with Crewe on Saturday has therefore been postponed. The Mariners' home game with Gillingham on Tuesday night is still scheduled to take place, as is the away match at Colchester on 17th, but with the mourning schedule still to be announced, these fixtures could potentially be affected by events across the country.
This site is by the fans, for the fans, and we will consider articles on any subject relating to the Mariners whether it be related to current news, a nostalgic look back in the past, a story about a player, a game or games in the past, something about Blundell Park or football in general.
