West Ham Reported To Be Watching Boulding!

WEST Ham United are reported to be sending a scout to watch leading scorer Michael Boulding in action against Burnley at Blundell Park on Saturday. The Hammers sent a scout to watch Boulding at Norwich last Saturday, but he missed out because of injury, so they will watch him against Burnley.

Out of contract at the end of the season talks are presently going on with Paul Groves who wants to keep him at Blundell Park. But Boulding only signed a one-year deal last summer and has come under scrutiny by a number of clubs including Leicester City and Birmingham. He has now resumed training and should be back in the squad for the game on Saturday.

It is not suprising that Boulding has attracted the attention of other clubs. Formerly with Mansfield Town and previously on the professional tennis circuit, his pace has caused havoc against defenders and in a short period of time has established himself as the Mariners leading scorer.
