Scotland To Call Up Stuart Campbell!

By: Bill Osborne
Date: 09/04/2002

BERTI Vogts, Scotland's manager, is looking to call up Stuart Campbell of Grimsby Town into the Scottish squad and has announced a practice match against a Scotland `B' side which could include Campbell.

The match will be played against Dundee United at the Forthbank Stadium in Stirling on Tuesday April 30.

Norwich's Paul Dalglish, who is currently on loan at Wigan, Hearts' Scott Severin, Fulham's Kieran McAnespie, Grimsby's Stuart Campbell, Dundee's Lee Wilkie and Sunderland's Kevin Kyle are among those named in the team.

So, Campbell obviously features in Berti Vogts plans! When was the last time we had two internationals in the starting 11?
