Home Draw for Town

GRIMSBY have drawn lower league opposition at home in Round 2 of the FA Trophy. The Mariners will either play AFC Hornchurch or Farnborough at Blundell Park, most likely the latter as they are at home in Wednesday's replay. Farnborough play in the Blue Square South and AFC Hornchurch belong to the Ryman Premier League, a division below Boro.
The FA Trophy is the flagship competition for the non-league clubs, but is not treated seriously by many of the top Conference sides until the latter rounds. The final is played at Wembley.
On Saturday Grimsby defeated last year's winners Darlington 3-0.
The full draw is as follows. and the fixtures will be played on the 14th January next year.
