Town v Barnet Team News

By: Rob Sedgwick

FORMER Barnet manager Paul Fairclough has taken over after Barnet manager Ian Hendon, and virtually his entire backroom staff were dismissed this week following the 1-0 defeat at Accrington - the Londoners' fifth successive loss.

Consequently the Barnet team news is uncertain because of the new manager. What is known is that defender Daniel Leach is doubtful with food poisoning, and Ismail Yakabu will miss out with a back problem. Jake Hyde (knee) is another likely absentee, but David Livermore (knee) should recover in time.

For Town Sweeney (back) and Akpro (thigh) are both doubts, but Bore and Lancashire have recovered from knocks sustained at Darlington. Dean Sinclair (hamstring) has resumed light training but Saturday's game may come too soon for the Charlton loanee.

Lee Peacock (ear) is also a doubt for a game the Mariners must win if they are to avoid relegation from the Football League.
