The Whole Debacle

How do I keep this short? I can't. In the 24 years I've been following the Town this is the worst I can remember ever!

Many people are to blame, but whoever was responsible for letting Paul Wilkinson walk away from our club wants buggering with a fish fork!

I've never had anything against Mr Fenty per se but Championship to Conference in 7 years, Lennie (bloody blithering idiot) Lawrence, Nicky Law, Graham Rodger, the idiotic sacking of the finest servant this club has seen in my generation (Macca not included of course), interviewing and not rating Steve Cotterill!!!!, blatantly ignoring the claims of Nigel Clough for manager on at least three occasions and the new stadium (don't get me started), how can he be defended?

Also accountable, Russell (chav we've got a small club [excuse me 1200 at Leyton on a bank holiday]) Slade for nicking the best goalkeeper outside the Premiership, Graham Rodger for having his heart in the right place but knowing nothing tactically and being a dreadful scout, and now Alan Buckley!!!!

How can Ricky (who) Ravenhill, Hunt and Harkins be better than Boshell (who incidentally I think is a bloke who gets stuck in and would get us 12 a season from midfield) or the best footballer at the club Ciaran (did he or didn't he tip off the old bill at Lincoln?) Toner. Tom Newey's mum must love him coming home in a clean kit every day, Phil Barnes is worse than Williams and Wilmot (yes I said it), Peter Till should be doing nails at Toni and Guy does he give a toss? If Nick Hegarty is a professional footballer then I'm Louis Pasteur, Isaiah Rankin is fatter than Micky Quinn (now, not back in his Coventry days), Michael Reddy is only any good for modelling pyjamas in the club shop (if he was a horse he would be put down), Simon (Rio) Grand is absolutely hopeless. I could go on forever!

This team is a complete shower, no passion no skill. We've got a guy up front who holds the ball up really well and is a very good finisher but can't run or head so why do we punt long balls to him all game? Fenton and Whittle are solid, Macca still has the class if he can stay fit, Crofty is quality, Bolly should be given the captaincy. If we ever lose him were right up the creek, he works his arse off every game. Martin Paterson is a real talent who runs his knob off every game, we're really in the mire when he goes next month, Toner needs to play in the middle, if Woodhouse hadn't have come we would be in League One, the Bolland-Toner combination is a must, blah blah blah blah.

This is doom and gloom results, don't lie we are by far the worst team in the Football League and we deserve to go down. I'll still go, I'll still moan cos I bleed black and white. Gainsborough away here we come, it's time to scrap but 5 or 6 out of 11 worthy of wearing the shirt just isn't enough. I'm a sad Mariner but I will always be black and white, and I will be standing for the town at Boston, thanks for listening, JR.
