Fishy Verdict:Newey is one of the most improved player at the club since the return of Alan Buckley. Newey has always had talent, but his distribution of the ball often let him down in the Slade/Rodger era. Upon Buckley's arrival though Newey's passing has improved enormously and he has become a more complete full back, although still has his critics in the crowd.
