Altrincham v Grimsby Team News

CARL Magnay is the only doubt for Town's trip to Altrincham, although Paul Hurst is hoping that the right back will be fit. If so Hurst will once again have a full squad at his disposal. The Mariners need another win to make it half a dozen successive victories in the Conference.

Hurst has options all over the pitch, especially in midfield with the two loanees Harry Pell and Danny Parslow both getting the nod on Tuesday night for the win over Halifax. If Magnay does not make it then Parslow will probably fill in at right back, otherwise he'll play the holding roll in front of the back four. Otherwise Town are unlikely to deviate much from the 4-5-1 formation that has racked up the points recently.

Altrincham were the last side that Town dropped points against. The Cheshire club game to Blundell Park and Town were unable to break them down at the beginning of October. Grimsby went on to win the remaining games in the month and Hurst won Manager of the Month as a consequence,

Altrincham's defender Scott Leather (knock) is a doubt.
